Another gorgeous weekend day, 68 and sunny. A perfect day to go play!
We picked a nice 10 mile hike called the Traufgang Zollernburg-Panorama, about 40 minutes south of us.
The first half of the trail is wooded with steep dropoffs and gorgeous views. The second half is more “wanderweg” – strolling through farmer’s fields and open spaces. Still enjoyable, but certainly not like the woods.
The crowning jewel is the viewpoint of Hohenzollern Castle, one of the most visited castles here in Germany. Unfortunately the castle is currently closed due to Coronavirus, but we’ll certainly be visiting it this summer.
I don’t shoot much black-and-white, but I thought the castle lent itself extremely to B&W – let me know what you think!
