Another wonderful day in the Hoh Rain Forest and on the shores of Lake Crescent.
We spent the night nearby in the town of Forks, then got up early to make the hour drive over to the Hoh section of the Olympic National Park.
The Hoh is one of the finest examples of a temperate rain forest in the US due to the 140 inches of rain that falls annually, with dripping green everywhere.
After some time wandering through the lush green canopy of the rain forest, we played along the bright blue water of the Hoh river before making our way over to Lake Crescent and Marymere Falls, finally ending up at our rental house in Port Angeles at the end of the day.

It’s not a terribly great shot, but one of the few that we have with all of us together.
