Another trip to Garden of the Gods for some photography and general wandering around in the middle of all of the red rock.
We stopped by the visitor center first and were told to come back later in the morning because there would be wolf pups – when we did come back we waited and waited and waited then overheard that they were hybrid wolf/husky pups – meh.
We bailed and headed to Pikes Peak instead…
We spent the weekend with the kids, with Old Colorado City as a basecamp for Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, and the OCC Art Walk.
