After visiting with Justin’s family, we decided to head down to Council Hill Station for a beer or two.
Little did we know that they were having a “big music event with a $20 cover charge.
Kay and Colette told The Enforcer that we were just there for a beer, and he let us in with the caveat that we could only stay for an hour and had to leave before the main event. Fine by us!
It was definitely an experience, several different stages set up with different bands playing, and folks on blankets or lawn chairs enjoying the show. Since I was sitting on the ground, in the middle of a corn field, watching music in front of a barn – of course I had a PBR!
You never know what you’ll get when you go wandering around the countryside on a Saturday afternoon!

I didn’t know Rubbermaid had been around that long!
Oops
I’m guessing this was a late night whiskey and fireplace oops.

When you’re listening to live outdoor music in front of a barn in the middle of a cornfield – what do you drink?

Nobody knows what was happening in this photo.
