The hike to Corona and Bowtie Arch is an easy 2.3 mile out and back with a huge bang for the buck.
The hike wanders through Bootlegger Canyon across slabs of slickrock up to a short ladder scramble section.
Once you’re on the upper shelf you can continue on to Bowtie Arch. While Bowtie Arch isn’t all that impressive by itself, you can continue on to Corona Arch which I think is just as picturesque as Delicate Arch in Arches National Park.
There are anchors for rock climbers to ascend the side of the arch, and although it is currently illegal to rappel from the top we watched a few climbers rap down.
Definitely recommend this one to get away from the crowds in Arches, just bring plenty of water and sunscreen as there is no shade and it will be blistering hot during the summer months.

Am I the only person that sees the Lion King looking to the right here?
